30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to start a return
Email us at ibarafa6@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Wrong, damaged or defective items
If you received the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send it back.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. For wrong, damaged or defective items, we cover it.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. If you bought 2 pairs for $69 and return one, the refund is the amount you actually paid for that pair.
